Dry January Non-Alcoholic Cocktail Recipe


Ingredients/Measurements per serve


50ml Pineapple Juice

25ml Spiced Sugar* 

15/20ml Lime Juice (half a lime)


Finishing Touches


Ginger Ale Top up

Mint Sprig

S&S Pear and Vanilla Edible Fragrance


Spiced Sugar*

1 x Vanilla pod (Split in half)

3 x Cardamom Pods

1 x Clove 

Peel of one lemon

200g Sugar 

200ml Water 


Add all ingredients to a pan and bring to a boil and take of heat and allow to cool to room temp then pass through a sieve and put in a container and store in fridge


To Build The Cocktail

  • Fill up cocktail shaker with all the main ingredients
  • Top up with Ice
  • Seal the shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds
  • Serve in Rocks Glass over ice
  • Top up with Ginger Ale, Garnish with Mint Sprig and spritz with Smith & Sinclair's Pear and Vanilla Edible Fragrance. 4-5 sprays over the nose of your drink will enhance the flavour by up to 80%.
