APEROL FIZZ RECIPE – NATIONAL PROSECCO DAY!

Happy National Prosecco Day! We really appreciate the invention of this bubbly creation so it would only be right to dedicate an exclusive cocktail the bottle of fizz. Our Innovation Director, Emile Sinclair, has put a Smith & Sinclair spin on the classic Aperol Spritz– an S&S Aperol Fizz.

Lemon Juice 25ml
Sugar Syrup 2 teaspoons
Prosecco Top up
Fill up your cocktail shaker with all the main ingredients.
Top up your shaker with ice & give it a shake for 15 seconds!
Double strain into the cocktail goodness into a coupe glass.
Top up with as much bubbles (prosecco) as you like.
Garnish with an orange peel, squeeze the zest of the orange onto the surface & round the rim of the glass before popping into the drink.
