Why Hot Cross Bun? 😋
We wanted to pay homage to a quintessentially British delight; so sat our innovation team down and started jotting down ideas. Everything from Spotted Dick to Rice Pudding was discussed - but we wanted to make this as boozy as possible, so settled on the most delicious.
Sherbert Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Sultanas, Water, Yeast, Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Wheat Gluten, Flavourings, Humectant (Glycerine), Emulsifiers (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Di-Acetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Sodium Stearoyl-2-Lactylate, Sorbitan Monostearate), Tapioca Dextrin, Acidity Regulators (Lactic Acid, Citric Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Colour (Titanium Dioxide), Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid), Stabiliser (Guar Gum).
