Happy National Prosecco Day! We really appreciate the invention of this bubbly creation so it would only be right to dedicate an exclusive cocktail the bottle of fizz. Ingredients/Measurements per serve
Lemon Juice 25ml
Sugar Syrup 2 teaspoons
Prosecco Top up
To Build Cocktail:
1. Fill up your cocktail shaker with all the main ingredients.
2. Top up your shaker with ice & give it a shake for 15 seconds!
3. Double strain into the cocktail goodness into a coupe glass.
4. Top up with as much bubbles (Prosecco) as you like.
5. Garnish with an orange peel, squeeze the zest of the orange onto the surface & round the rim of the glass before popping into the drink.
6. Enjoy and happy National Prosecco Day!
