Last year, we partnered with Bombay Sapphire to work on their innovation and together, created the world’s first edible paint.

The blue flavoured paint can be applied to the inside of your glass both colouring and flavouring your drink. As the ice, gin and tonic blend together, a stroke of paint on the glass slowly infuses delicious flavour and a hint of colour into the drink.

Each essence of the paint has been carefully designed to complement the botanicals, showcasing the perfectly balanced flavour profile of Bombay Sapphire, and providing the ideal canvas for creative cocktails.

The best bit? The paint has been rolled out across leading bars up in the UK.

London: Duck & Waffle, Mr Fogg’s House of Botanicals, Scout, Be At One, London Cocktail Club, Zuma, The Curtain Hotel and Soho House Group.

Edinburgh: Panda and Sons, Tigerlilly and Rabble.

Manchester: Tariff & Dale, Be At One, Cottonpolis.
